1.The maximum engraving speed is raised from 10,000 mm/min to 24,000 mm/min for a 140% speed improvement. 2.The upgraded mainboard includes an air pump control port for automatic air pump start and stop matching engraving and cutting work; old mainboards have no such port and require manually controlled external air pumps for troublesome use. 3.Mainboard supply voltage is upgraded from 12V to 24V to unify voltage standards across all Ray5 models. 4.Updated mainboard firmware brings better machine stability and simpler operation. 5.The app's AI features now support Text-to-Image and Image-to-Image to generate custom patterns for personalized engraving. 6.A rod-style Wi-Fi antenna replaces the old adhesive antenna for faster and more stable data transmission. 7.Ray5 5W and 10W adopt a dovetail slot with L-shaped thumbscrew laser head lock instead of the original cylindrical thumbscrew for easier focal length adjustment. 8.A limit post and mechanical limit structure are fitted on the right profile to prevent machine damage caused by misoperation. 9.Timing belts are fixed with washers rather than direct screw clamping to lower belt damage risks. 10.Redesigned frame corner brackets work without front-back distinction during installation for easier assembly.
