Instructions: 1. Remove the USB plug. 2. Connect the power bank. 3. Press the power bank output switch. 4. Press and hold the chest temperature control switch for 3 seconds. 5. The red light will flash, indicating automatic temperature control and heating. 6. After 5 minutes of flashing red, the light will automatically turn white, indicating medium temperature control. 7. Manually adjust to 3 levels: red for continuous high temperature heating, followed by continuous medium temperature heating and continuous low temperature heating. 8. Press and hold the chest temperature control switch for 3 seconds, until the light turns off to stop heating.

Washing Instructions: 1. Remove the power bank, place the USB cable in your pocket, and hand wash with neutral detergent. Avoid rubbing or hammering. Allow washed clothes to air dry before reuse.

Precautions: 1. Remove the power bank if not in use for an extended period. 2. Do not use high-temperature water or strong acid detergents. 3. Do not use the power bank with wet clothes. If the clothes are wet in the rain, turn off the power and discontinue use. 4. Usage time depends on the capacity of the power bank.
